Kelayakan Finansial Industri Kecil Gula Merah di Desa Tutumaloleo Kecamatan Galela Utara Kabupaten Halmahera Utara

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar produksi, penerimaan, dan pendapatan pada industri kecil gula merah dan menganalisis kelayakan finansial industri kecil gula merah di Desa Tutumaloleo Kecamatan Galela Kabupaten Halmahera Utara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah perhitungan biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan, serta analisis kelayakan yaitu NPV, IRR, Net B/C ratio, Payback Period dan Break Even Point (BEP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produksi gula merah sebesar 6888 bungkus per tahun, penerimaan sebesar Rp 68.880.000 per tahun dan pendapatan sebesar Rp 45,401,130 per tahun. Secara finansial maka industri kecil gula merah di Desa Tutumaloleo layak diusahakan, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai NPV sebesar Rp 218.748.430 (NPV > 0), nilai IRR sebesar 24% jadi lebih besar dari tingkat bunga yang berlaku, Net B/C ratio sebesar 97 (Net B/C ratio > 1), dan payback period sebesar 0,06 atau 22 hari jadi lebih kecil dari periode investasi, BEP produksi sebesar 180 bungkus, BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp 1.800.473 per tahun, dan BEP harga yaitu Rp 3.409 per bungkus.
