Analisis usaha tani broccoli (Sprouting broccoli)

Abstract
Broccoli merupakan salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang memiliki nilai komersial dan prospek yang baik untuk dikembangkan. Disamping sebagai sayuran kelas mewah yang harganya tergolong mahal, broccoli juga mempunyai nilai ekonomi dan sosial yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan petani di daerah penelitian, efisiensi dari usahatani serta hal yang mendorong petani dalam mengusahakan broccoli. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sensus. Data-data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan petani responden dengan bantuan quisioner. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari pustaka-pustaka yang dipandang relevan, kantor Desa serta instansi yang terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa biasa yang merupakan penjumlahan dari biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Analisa penerimaan sebagai hasil perkalian antara harga produksi dan produksi. Serta analisa pendapatan, yaitu selisih antara penerimaan yang diperoleh petani dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan selama proses produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata per kg broccoli di daerah penelitian adalah sebesar Rp.2.500,00,- dengan rata-rata produksi per hektar 4.062,32 kg, sehingga dalam setiap hektarnya akan menghasilkan penerimaan sebesar Rp.10.155.804,- dengan total biaya yang diperlukan sebesar Rp.6.509.843,-. Jadi dapat dihitung pendapatan bersih petani broccoli dalam setiap hektarnya yaitu Rp. 3.645.961. Perhitungan efisiensi pada penelitian ini yaitu 1,57 yang menunjukkan bahwa segi efisiensi usahatani broccoli dapat dikatakan efisien. Untuk mengetahui apakah benar-benar sudah efisien bagi petani untuk mengusahakan tanaman broccoli, maka dapat kita uji dengan memakai uji thitung dengan bantuan computer sehingga diperoleh hasil 27,11 yang lebih besar dari ttabel 2,47 yang berarti bahwa usahatani broccoli efisien untuk diusahakan.
