Ekosistem mangrove merupakan daerah yang menjadi rumah bagi berbagai jenis ikan. Salah satunya adalah ikan Gelodok, dimana sebagai filter feeder di perairan. Analisa data menggunakan data ekologi kelimpahan dan korelasi. Dari hasil penelitian di peroleh jenis ikan gelodok yang ditemukan Boleophthalmus boddarti, Periophthalmus takita, Boleophthalmus pectinirostis dan Scartelaos histophorus. Pada stasiun I kelimpahannya tertinggi jenis pada spesies Boleophthalmus pectinirostis yakni sebesar 0,9 sedangkan pada stasiun II kelimpahan terbanyak pada spesies Scartelaos histoporus dan Periophthalmus takita sebesar 1,1. Hubungan antara kelimpahan dengan kandungan bahan organik dengan menggunakan analisis uji korelasi menunjukan arah positif artinya nilai bahan organik tinggi maka akan disertai dengan meningkatnya nilai kelimpahan ikan gelodok pada perairan tersebut.
